Join the First UMC team for the Avenues to Independence Walkathon—a fundraising walk for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Walk, donate, or both! Use the team link above to sign up as a walker or make a donation credited to our First UMC team. A shorter distance option is also available.

Signup Tips:

To donate to our team: open the fundraising page, click the donate/sign-up button, enter your donation amount and then don’t click the check box that says “I’d like to sign-up.” Continue to fill in info for your donation.

To sign up to walk and donate: open the fundraising page, click the donate/sign-up button, enter a donation amount if any, then click the check box that says “I’d like to sign-up.” If you choose to donate, also click the check box “Apply funds to myself” and this will attribute your donation to yourself and the FUMC team.
