Payment Details: Please pay with either cash or check in the parlor after filling out the form

Support our youth program by purchasing a beautiful Christmas wreath! Wreaths are available in 24” and 36” sizes—plain or decorated. If you have questions or are interested in garlands or wreaths in other sizes, please contact Rochita Plonka.
