Take a Summer Walk in the Woods, with a Master Naturalist

See what’s growing in the summer woodlands and savannas at Bunker Hill, visit a 10,000 year old prairie ecosystem, find serenity along the shores of the North Branch of the Chicago River, and discover the history of these lands — guided by Marcia Kittler, Illinois Extension Master Naturalist. Afterward, stay for an optional picnic lunch; bring your lunch, a drink and a lawn chair! Always recommended: skin protection and sturdy, enclosed shoes.
