Congregational Care and Visitation Training (Day 1)

Dear Participants,

Thank you for registering for the Caring Congregations Workshop on Friday, May 8, from 1 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, May 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The training will be held at Kingswood UMC in Buffalo Grove at 401 W. Dundee Road. Enter through Entrance #1 (Main Entrance). There is plenty of parking on the east and south sides of the church building. We’re looking forward to learning and growing together.

To help you prepare, we invite you to purchase the recommended resource in advance: The Caring Congregation Ministry Implementation Guide by Karen Lampe and Melissa Gepford. It can be purchased on Amazon (in paperback or Kindle), Cokesbury, or your favorite bookstore. A few books will be available for purchase at the event and may be paid for by check or cash.
